With approximately 160 people

Marie-Laurence Leroy – Director of Human Resources - Eco Emballages

“ The EcoSphere intranet emerged because of our ambition to bring together a strong common culture within the company and to share the same know-how.

In a corporate multi-site environment, the Intranet provides employees with a means to access the latest information and documents that concern them. They also have the possibility to directly contribute to our repository of optimization know-how related to collection methods, sorting and recycling.

Created using Isotools Studio, the Intranet makes every employee an actor of change.

The EcoSphère intranet, an area under constant change for information and services

EcoSphère was designed to optimize the exchange of information within the company.

Completely customized to meet the needs of Eco Emballages, it provides each employee with a reference where useful information for day to day operations is continually updated such as:
  • Detailed documents describing methods for optimizing collecting, sorting and recycling packages.
  • A media library containing approximately 1,000 multi-media documents.
  • Access to internal management tools with unique SSO authentication (Single Sign On).
  • A complete social introductory guide.

Each employee is automatically identified and the services that are proposed, completely customized.

Through the media library, the user has access to all of the company’s reference documents

In order to collect packaging recycling methods, a system for capitalizing documents has been implemented.

It not only allows people to consult other colleagues’ experiences, it also offers each employee the possibility to become an actor for change by contributing to a common cause.

After the information is validated by a database management committee, the new files are indexed and made available to the entire company.

The Theme

Eco Emballages’ Intranet was designed as a place for collaboration where everyone feels concerned about the information they receive and about their own field experiences that they can share with other people.

Very well received by employees as a true working tool on a day to day basis, the EcoSphère Intranet is enhanced everyday with shared know-how.

By contributing to this continuous evolution, Isotools Studio provides us with considerable flexibility for the dynamic organization of the different sections and for documentation management."
