Management team

The senior management team of Isotools is composed of managers who have evolved throughout their careers by working for various software editors at an international level.

Gaël Paquet, CEO and founder

Gaël Paquet founded Isotools in 1996. His ambition was to make the use of Internet more accessible to companies by providing innovative and easy to use software for creating and running websites
 
Before founding Isotools, Gaël had taken on other responsibilities in France and in the US in companies that develop object database management systems (Graphael, Matisse, Object Design) and was also a consultant specializing in software ergonomics.
 
Gaël Paquet graduated from the Universite de Technologie de Compiègne (UTC) with a computer engineering degree.
 


Jean-Marc Salaün, Vice-President of Marketing

Jean-Marc Salaün joined Isotools in 2000.  His mission: to contribute to the definition and marketing of Isotools’ product line.
 
Before joining Isotools, Jean-Marc worked for Dassault Systèmes, the world leader for CAD/CAM/PLM software solutions.
He held various sales jobs covering the North American and European markets, and then went on to managing business development with third-party software editors. He was also responsible for worldwide marketing for the technology partner business involving partners such as Microsoft, Intel, IBM, Dell and HP.
 
Jean-Marc has an MBA from IAE in Paris and before that, graduated from the ESIEE Engineering Shools - Paris.
 


Nicolas Paris, Chief Technology Officer

Nicolas Paris joined Isotools in 2000 for the job of Technical Director.
 
Nicolas was previously responsible for development at AIS/Berger Levrault then INSO France, for products that manage SGML/XML Balise and DualPrism content. He was also co-founder of HyperParallel Technologies, manufacturer of massively parallel machines, where he led the development of the compiler and operating system.
 
Nicolas Paris graduated with a PhD in computer science from the University d'Orsay and was a student of the Ecole Normale Supérieure (ULM Mathematics section).
